Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment I only ship to the Netherlands. Please contact me for international shipping costs.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All items are made to order. I have a few items in stock but otherwise the items will be made from start. Therefore please allow 10 days for delivery.

How do I place an Order?
Simply click on add to cart’ in the product catalogue or from the product page. Select the options if if you want, if there are any. You can then view your cart and modify, if needed. Enter your shipping address to view the shipping options. Choose, and then click on the checkout button. Here you enter other details such as credit card and home address and billing address if different.
You can also bypass the view basket/cart and go immediately to checkout and fill in your details. ‘
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If for any reason you want to cancel or change your order please email me with your request as soon as possible. After 24 hours it will not be possible to cancel or change your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to order but if you want to simplify the ordering process the next time I recommend creating an account. Please note that your information will be stored. Check out our privacy details.
How Do I Track My Order?
For parcels and DHL tracking details are provided.
How Can I Return a Product?
Contact me and once the reason for return is approved you will be provided with the return details. Return costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.
